1 voteThe current method would be to add it as an ad-hoc item.
If you haven’t already turned on, you can turn on the ability to turn on adding manual items from Settings → Add ons → Order line items for sub renting.
This can keep it as part of an order as well as retire it after the order is created.
That said we have forwarded a request to product management on having functionality added for this.regards

We are already in the process of adding ad-hoc items used for services provided to customers.
We will let you know as soon as they are live.
For now, you can go to Settings → Add Ons → Order Line items for Subrenting → Enabled.
This will let you add items (services, assets, inventory, delivery costs, etc.) directly into the order.regards

The button that says add to an order does not allow that to be done it only allows you to add to the item that is selected.

remove fields that are locked on invoices
for example I cant remove the line of discount from coupons. I know I can rename these sections but I would like to just turn them off, and free up the space from the long total Colum lines.

API: Reservation Requests
In the API, the reservation related calls are not included. Are these calls available through the API or yet to develop? (API - Reservation Requests: Create, Retrieve Requests, Update)
4 votesThe ideal way would be retrieving the orders that are booked. However, the JSON response when you GET an order does not include Order Status (Draft, Booking, Rented Out, Completed etc.).
We’re working on including the Order Status in the API response. Will add more details by tomorrow as to when it’s expected to be out.We don’t have the API calls for Reservation Requests for now, The navigation is there by mistake. Will have it removed. Thanks for pointing it out.

On mass import, create template from successful import.
Currently it isn't possible to upload a sample file to create the template, you go blindly with excel open in one side, numbering columns and the template creation page where you create columns and set the fields.
What I would see is a checkbox to suggest you save the mapping as a template when you import from excel, you already set the mapping manually, why no option to save it while it is done properly?

Make general requests based on amount of asset, not specific items, for forecasting
We have thousands of serialized assets and it would be great if requests could be made based on amount rather than individual items.
E.g. A sales rep wants 5 Ticket Printers for a client by December 10th. It would be nice if they could just ask for 5 printers, rather than selecting specific items. Then my fulfillment team would assign which serialized items they get once they fulfill and ship the request (e.g. We shipped Ticket Printer #2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.)
This would allow us to see how many Ticket Printers are being requested in December, without promising which…

Make an option to sort costumers by Company name
We sort our orders by clients(company name), contact person, the contacts working title and then project name.
And since we work a lot with the same companies but not always the same contact(because they are freelance) from that company and never the same 'project' it would be good to have an option when you make a new order to choose the company and then be able to put in a new contact, title and project name each time.
But still save the contact in a database so when you work with the same contact again you can look them up…
