Idea for Route Planning feature
I was trying out the new route planning feature and had an idea for ease of use. is it possible to add the feature to the dashboard rather than the orders tab. it would be easier to pull up deliveries through the calendar rather than a giant list. also is it possible to look into adding a feature that allows us to include delivery and pick up times to provide a route based on location and times.

Route planning Feature
Along with my previous suggestion. to include delivery times would be a time frames. for example when we contact our customers regarding delivery and pick ups require at least a 3 hour time frame to allow for unexpected events such as traffic, construction or other circumstances beyond oour control.

i recieved an email to elaborate on a topic as far as delivery times. when we book events we contact the venue for information regarding event time, delivery date, delivery times(usually a three hour window ex. 9-12, 11-2 etc.). im wondering if a feature allowing you to not only use location but the ability to use specified delivery time frames at the same time to generate a route based on location and time frames. so if we had a delivery in West Bridgewater, Ma for anytime between 9-12 and Randolph anytime between 11-2. it would generate a route based on…

Custom Field for Bundles
Hi there
In assets I have created a customs field for "value for customs" and I would like to have such a "customs field" for bundles as well. From what I have seen, something like this is already planned...Thanks a lot & best regards

Make a way to not allow customers in the software to rent.
Some way to notify that a customer is not allowed to rent from us or to not allow rental to them by turning off there ability to rent.
1 voteHere are 2 ways to go about it:
A) Mark them inactive! You can view them from Customers → Filter → Inactive
B) Have a separate category for them.
1. Add a category for ‘Banned Customers’ from Settings → Customer Categories → Create New
2. Edit customers you want to ban and associate them to this category
3. Before renting out an order, search for this customer and check for the category. If it helps, we can consider putting the Customer Category in front of customer name when adding new orders. Right now when pulling up a customer, you only see his/her name. You’ll also be able to see their category here.Do let us know what you think.

create a way to view in a customer's contact how many devices they have rented out.
Right now, you can view how many orders a customer has completed and has in progress, but no way to view how many individual things they have in their possession. That would be very helpful!

Include Rent Out Date
My sugestion is to include Rent Out Date as column to show as asset. This way, I can see when the rente start and when the rent is finished.

New Feature Request: Ability to copy/clone existing bundles w/new name
Hello,
If I have 2 bundles that are very similar, I would like the ability to build one bundle set, then copy that bundle (and all the items listed in it) to a new bundle w/a different name, then make additions/subtractions to the items in the new bundle.

Cancel my last request
Sometimes I cant cancel the request and it becames impossible to upload more data (add asset using excel files).

Lets remove the fax number and just have home and cell
We do not really have use for a fax number however we do often get home, cell and work phone numbers. It would be lovely to have those options.
