Unidentifiable Error: "AIN" are not available?
Hello,
When I'm attempting to rent out an order, I receive the following error: Cannot Rent out because stock quantities of "AIN" are not available?
I understand that I may be trying to rent an item that is low-quantity or that the item amount may go into negative inventory -- but why does the error say "AIN"? This doesn't tell me which item or line-item is below the needed stock quota. What does AIN stand for?
Hi Ari
If you can send us a screenshot (fullscreen, including address bar) of when this occurs we can get to the root of the problem for you. Just send it to us at support@ezrentout.com

Order cannot be checked out because stock quantities of AIN are not availablehaving the same issue, I have a quantity of 200, why am I getting this error?

Hi Ari
The AIN stands for Asset Identification Number which is a unique number for the Asset Stock Item. To update its quantity, the AIN can be searched, brought up and replenished.
That said, we can update the text on the error message to be more user friendly if you can drop us a snapshot of the exact message along with the order details at Support@EZRentOut.comregards
