Add Services in orders
We are AV Rental Company and would like to add to our orders crew services like sound engineer or lighting designer ... is there a way to do it

We are already in the process of adding ad-hoc items used for services provided to customers.
We will let you know as soon as they are live.
For now, you can go to Settings → Add Ons → Order Line items for Subrenting → Enabled.
This will let you add items (services, assets, inventory, delivery costs, etc.) directly into the order.regards

The button that says add to an order does not allow that to be done it only allows you to add to the item that is selected.

Lets remove the fax number and just have home and cell
We do not really have use for a fax number however we do often get home, cell and work phone numbers. It would be lovely to have those options.

remove fields that are locked on invoices
for example I cant remove the line of discount from coupons. I know I can rename these sections but I would like to just turn them off, and free up the space from the long total Colum lines.

Change order of personal information for the customer.
when the customer is asked to fill in personal information - ask for the 3 basic inputs firs:
1.Name
2.phone
3.email
if a shop requires the customers address etc. they can continue to fill-in that information. We have a high volume shop that only needs the basic info to start a reservation. This would speed up the rental process greatly. currently the customer has to scroll to the bottom of the page to finish the email portion which is required to proceed. We only need name, phone, and email, but we have to constantly coach the client through the sign…3 votes -
API: Reservation Requests
In the API, the reservation related calls are not included. Are these calls available through the API or yet to develop? (API - Reservation Requests: Create, Retrieve Requests, Update)
4 votesThe ideal way would be retrieving the orders that are booked. However, the JSON response when you GET an order does not include Order Status (Draft, Booking, Rented Out, Completed etc.).
We’re working on including the Order Status in the API response. Will add more details by tomorrow as to when it’s expected to be out.We don’t have the API calls for Reservation Requests for now, The navigation is there by mistake. Will have it removed. Thanks for pointing it out.

Integrating EZ Rent Out with WorkflowMax
E.g.
- When we create a job in WorkflowMax – an order appears in EZ Rent Out
- When we create a purchase order in WorkflowMax – items appear in EZ Rent Out with the status ‘on order’. A bundle also appears in EZ Rent Out with the items and the name is the purchase order number the description is the purchase order description.
- When we receipt a purchase order in WorkflowMax – the item status changes to ‘received’ in EZ Rent Out. The bundle also is added to the order.
- When we create an invoice in WorkflowMax – item is sold…

Allow for Form/Excel/Document to create Rental booking!
It would be great if a google form or google excel or an excel document could be submitted directly to EZRentOut with desired items and EZRentOut could detect the items listed and put them into a booking! The same way the service allows implementing new assets through excel document, finding some way to put together a large order via submitting a form or document or excel, would be fantastic! THANKS:)

Cancel my last request
Sometimes I cant cancel the request and it becames impossible to upload more data (add asset using excel files).

Include Rent Out Date
My sugestion is to include Rent Out Date as column to show as asset. This way, I can see when the rente start and when the rent is finished.

Make a way to not allow customers in the software to rent.
Some way to notify that a customer is not allowed to rent from us or to not allow rental to them by turning off there ability to rent.

A) Mark them inactive! You can view them from Customers → Filter → Inactive
B) Have a separate category for them.
1. Add a category for ‘Banned Customers’ from Settings → Customer Categories → Create New
2. Edit customers you want to ban and associate them to this category
3. Before renting out an order, search for this customer and check for the category. If it helps, we can consider putting the Customer Category in front of customer name when adding new orders. Right now when pulling up a customer, you only see his/her name. You’ll also be able to see their category here.Do let us know what you think.
