  2. Sample import template

    sample template could use more pre-defined categories to show you what you can upload. Currently only see 6 categories, yet your import guide talks about groups, locations, and vendors which I don't see represented in the template, nor do I know what your naming conventions are for those on import.

  4. Warn When Users are Unsubscribed from Emails

    I can't count the number of times I've written an email in the in-app system, clicked send, and receiving a message that the user had unsubscribed from emails, forcing me to retype the entire email.

    We should get a notice when clicking "send" which warns us that the user has unsubscribed from emails, allowing us to at least copy / paste what we've written into a different place before losing that work.

  5. record of emails (especially with invoices) sent

    There is no way (other than notes) to see which customer was sent invoice or updated invoice. We make notes or copy the email but then it's out of EZ Rentout system. Can we have an access to History of sent communications?

  6. 2 companies

    We are join 2 companies to share the objects we rent, but will keep separated operation, it means that we have to be able to know who owns each object, make and send different orders but reserving a shared pool of objects, including sharing the % of incomings because the company that capture the client will receive a part from the owner. Is the system able to do it? Do you intend to launch a native version of the system in Portuguese? My team don`t feel comfortable to use this automatic translation.

  7. Sub-Rentals Feedback

    As part of our organization we do a lot of sub-rentals. What would make EZ Rentout a much more lucrative product would be to add a location on the dashboard that tells us which items we are currently subrenting.

    The only indication that we have that we have an item being subrented is on the invoice. It would be helpful to have a menu somewhere in a centralized location where we could quickly bring that information up.

    Please get back to me if you think we can make this adjustment. From an engineering standpoint, it should be as easy as…

    The website should allow us to have more items per page on display, especially now that most people have fast internet connections there is no reason not to do this.

  10. make it easy to batch add/edit AINs for assets

    When cloning assets, the AIN is auto assigned.
    I have to go into each asset one by one to enter their correct AIN.
    This process is also VERY tedious as I have to exit to the subgroup, find the next item, open that item, click edit, then enter the AIN, save, and repeat.
    I've been testing your program for about 20min and have already found a deal breaker. There's no way I'm doing this for a couple thousand items.

  11. Business reports

    The report that we can run to show business sales includes drafts and booked as well as completed. We need a way to run each business and how many orders that have been paid for (completed) and break out the drafts and potential revenue.

  12. Add a Tab for 'Items for Sale' Only

    We plan on selling some items, as well as renting items to our customers.
    We wouldn't really need to sell the items through the online store, but it would be nice to list them, so we can direct both sales/rental customers to the same location. Right now my items that are for sale only show up on the 'Catalog' page with the rental equipment. I'd prefer to be able to have my rentals on a tab and my 4-Sale items on another tab.

  13. Payment notes to show on invoices.

    The payment information will be a great addition to the invoice. It will allow us to track credit card payments easily to re conciliate with reports such from credit card machines or daily sales.

  14. Make the page navigation bigger and centered

    We would like the page navigation to be bigger and centered so it is more obvious to customers that there are more pages. We get feedback from customers that they didn't know there were more pages and items to click through because they didn't see the navigation links.

  15. Retired Asset Stock Not Listed in Low Inventory List

    Currently asset stocks that have been retired will still show up in the list of low stock items. Either having retired asset items not show up on the list or have a setting to let admins to choose the option would be great.

  16. Fix the internal error when deleting void orders

    Everytime I go to delete a void order and thing pops up saying I cannot delete it due to and internal error. This is very inconvenient as I cannot thus delete the asset/inventory items that are tied to the old orders. I no longer require those items and they are very much in the way with no means of deleting them.

    Default Line Items: Adjusting custom default line items and applying API payment/refund for the default line items. For example, setting deposit rates based on external calculations and automating input of deposits made and refunded through card on file or external payment methods.

    Purchase Orders: Creating, adjusting, deleting, payments, receiving and sending PO emails via API. Trigger for changes in statuses of PO would be great as well. For example, PO for major vendors automatically created on recurring basis based on external trigger, employees adds items via digital forms which add the items to EZ PO via API, invoice payments made…

  20. Location in Orders

    Another question to location: I have created a new business including the contact person, with is customer. I now create an order and I want to add "location" of the appropriate customer or business. If I click on -- I cannot chose the new location. Do I really need to add the details again, even if I have just typed all that information in "Business" and "Customers"? That doesn't make much sense... The customer or business does however not appear on the pull-down menue.
