  1. Update orders on the App in Booked mode.

    While you are in Booked mode on the website you are able to add and remove rental items. But when you use the app you have to cancel the booking first. This could lead to a potential of double booking items. What would it cost to have the app updated to allow us to add and remove rental items while the order is in booked mode?

  3. Photo animation

    Dear sir/madame,

    The first time you click on the 2nd or 3rd item in the photo animation on http://www.computerrentals.be the screen flashes because the photo needs to be loaded first. Can these photos be preloaded so the screen doesn't flash anymore? And furthermore, is it possible to use more than 3 photos? In my opinion such scripts can easily be customized to support an unlimited number of photos.

  6. Custom Field for Bundles

    In assets I have created a customs field for "value for customs" and I would like to have such a "customs field" for bundles as well. From what I have seen, something like this is already planned...

    Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, the only way to remove the “Demo” logo text with no custom logo uploaded would be to upload a blank image to that spot so nothing displays (i.e. a plain white field saved as .jpg)

    How important is this to your webstore? The webstore is designed to display a company logo or image in that field. Please let us know.

  8. Costume & other items Rental Software

    Dear Sir,
    Kindly be informed that we have another type items we would like to rent via on line services like Costume, Props & Post Production services ... can we add these services also in the same equipment rental that we already have now but in the right side to differentiate it from the the equipment which are exists in the left side.
    Or we have to have another software for these items? & how can we merge them or have a link between them for the same targeted customers?

  11. Integration with Shipping Software

    We utilize Air Express Pros for shipping. As we rent out equipment and then ship it, it would be nice if the ability to generate shipping labels directly from EZRentOut existed. Air Express Pros already has integrations with many ECommerce Integrations.

    Currently, we do not offer an out-of-the-box integration with any shipping software. We do, however, have an Open API that you can use to implement the integration given you have the development capability inhouse. Please refer to our developer page for more information on the API:

  12. route planning feature

    i recieved an email to elaborate on a topic as far as delivery times. when we book events we contact the venue for information regarding event time, delivery date, delivery times(usually a three hour window ex. 9-12, 11-2 etc.). im wondering if a feature allowing you to not only use location but the ability to use specified delivery time frames at the same time to generate a route based on location and time frames. so if we had a delivery in West Bridgewater, Ma for anytime between 9-12 and Randolph anytime between 11-2. it would generate a route based on…

  13. Route planning Feature

    Along with my previous suggestion. to include delivery times would be a time frames. for example when we contact our customers regarding delivery and pick ups require at least a 3 hour time frame to allow for unexpected events such as traffic, construction or other circumstances beyond oour control.

  14. Idea for Route Planning feature

    I was trying out the new route planning feature and had an idea for ease of use. is it possible to add the feature to the dashboard rather than the orders tab. it would be easier to pull up deliveries through the calendar rather than a giant list. also is it possible to look into adding a feature that allows us to include delivery and pick up times to provide a route based on location and times.

  15. add Order Heading to iPad app

    Many fields from the web version appear in the iPad app, but we are missing the Order Heading field. We use this for our internal reference numbers. Would it be possible to add the Order Heading field to the iPad app?

  18. how to setting price (based on trip duration)

    my team set the price based on trip duration (max 4 days), some times our customer return gears less than 4 days, but we have a policy to still charge our customer with full payment (one trip even they return less than 4 days). based on pricing in your system the only pricing option is to choose price per days not pertrip, could you help us to set our price based on trip duration in other that we can manage systematicly our pricing policy?thank you

  19. Availability items in a calendar for customers

    Hi,

    My University recently has purchased an EZ Rentout License to be used in our Film&TV Department.

    Now, I’m uploading data to the system, but, I have some questions:

    Is it possible a client could see The Availability Chart?

    As a University, we find very important our students (costumers) can see when an item is available, maybe in a calendar
