    Hi Renato

    You can change the language of the software by going into settings > Company settings > Enable language translator. The translator powered by Google translate will appear in the footer. You can select Portuguese as the language.

    If you wish to translate the webstore, then we have a list of messages that are displayed on the webstore and you could send us the translation and we can change them for you.

    Custom reports are only for asset, asset stock and inventory details. If you want to add more columns to those fields you first need to create custom fields for them. For this go to more->custom fields->items->add custom field.

    You can also try running the order reports (more->reports->order reports-> all order report/ order line items report for more detailed reports on orders.

    Yes, this feature is available. You can choose if you want both the name of the bundle and its items to show on order printouts or just the bundle name to show. To do this go to more->order printouts-> new templates or edit template -> order line items and click on the three horizontal dots on the right and toggle the do not show the contents of a bundle.

    We'll keep that in mind. It falls under a feature that is already planned i.e. 'clumping items together' on basis of same names and bundles.

    Hi...Have you tried using Bundles. In bundles you can have different assets,asset stock and inventory together.

    One way to achieve this is to:
    1) Have the brand names in the NAME of their assets/equipment
    2) Have the brands as Groups. And items as subgroups. For example: VOLVO as group and Trucks, Road Pavers, Forklifters etc as sub groups for VOLVO. These categories will be listed on the left in filters.

    Thank you for these suggestions. We have two features under review for release in June that may be able to help you:
    - rules for weekend discounts: a discount rule (1-100%) for the weekend days in an order’s billing duration, which will then get adding as a discount line item into the invoice
    - default billing duration for flexible orders: this way, each web store order will have a default order duration (e.g. 7 days) and a default billing duration (e.g. 5 days) when placed.
    These features will have final reviews late May/ early June, at which point a final decision will be made. I’ve added you to the list of clients to be informed when these features are released.

    We've made an update to the system. If you've flexible billing enabled, you can set a default billing duration too. Login as account owner and go to Name -> Settings -> Company Settings -> Policy -> Default Duration for Orders

    You can scan/verify the items any time on the order details page, whether in Draft or Rented Out status. After scanning and verifying that all items are present, you can then return the order.
    That being said, we're working on a feature that will make it mandatory to scan the items upon rent out and return. We aim to have it out in July. I've added you to the list of clients to be notified once it's out.

    You can still use the Verify by Scanning button when the order is in a Rented Out state (and just about to be returned). Once you see that all items have been verified, you can return the order.

    Custom fields for Customers is still under construction. We will let you know as soon as its out. Meanwhile, you can add Company name instead of the Last Name field and not insert the First name as a temporary work around. Hope this helps.

    The best solution for you would be to have a new field with the customers, called 'Company'? And have company searchable.

    Let us know if this works for tracking companies:
    * Add companies as categories from Settings -> Customer Category (Every new company is a new customer category)
    * We'll introduce filtering customers by category on main customer listing.
    You'll go to Customers -> Filter -> Category -> Choose company name from dropdown

    Can have this planned for the end of this month.

    Items can be verified scanned from the mobile app by going into the order details (pulling up the correct order) and then clicking on verify order items to make sure all items are returned.
    However stay tunes for another couple of weeks to see an updated mobile app to help make this process easier.

    To add items to a ‘Booked’ order, you need to click on ‘Cancel Booking’ which puts the order into draft state again without any other changes. You can then add the items and again book the order.

    Rented out orders don't allow addition or deletion of items directly. You can swap an item for another though. The feature can be enabled from Settings -> Add ons -> Swap Rented Out items -> Enabled.
    If you have made a mistake in your rented out order, you will have to bring the order back (complete the order) and void it. Once voided, click 'Clone' to create a draft copy of the same order, add in new items (or delete) and rent out the order.

    At the moment there is no support for over booking of items. If you plan on using items in multiple orders for the same time, the orders need to remain in draft state. If an order is in a booked state, they cannot be overbooked.

    We offer independent pricing for rental duration and order duration. To set this model, go to Settings -> Add Ons -> Flexible billing duration -> enable "Billing dates and Order Dates can be different".
    You will then see two separate dates on each order.

    For in house inventory management, you can try out our sister software EZOfficeInventory. It allows check in and out of assets separately as well as together and will solve your issue if you are not charging your students.
    If you want to continue using EZRentOut, it would not be possible at the moment to allow the same order to remain when there are partial returns but will be integrated in the mid-term. Hope this helps.

    The AIN stands for Asset Identification Number which is a unique number for the Asset Stock Item. To update its quantity, the AIN can be searched, brought up and replenished.
    That said, we can update the text on the error message to be more user friendly if you can drop us a snapshot of the exact message along with the order details at Support@EZRentOut.com
