Payment notes are the notes inserted when a rented out order is returned by clicking the 'Return Order' button. Below the Payment Method, there is a box titled 'Payment Notes' which allows you to insert any notes you would like to view for future reference.
This column in the Orders listing page then reflects those notes.regards

The ideal way would be retrieving the orders that are booked. However, the JSON response when you GET an order does not include Order Status (Draft, Booking, Rented Out, Completed etc.).
We’re working on including the Order Status in the API response. Will add more details by tomorrow as to when it’s expected to be out.We don’t have the API calls for Reservation Requests for now, The navigation is there by mistake. Will have it removed. Thanks for pointing it out.

After consideration from the product management, we can confirm that the API request for Order status will be incorporated in a couple of days.
The API call for filtering of assets however will be added to the medium term product roadmap for which we cannot provide an exact estimate at this moment in time.regards

In an order, items show in the same sequence as added. To change the sequence of items in an order, you can delete those in the wrong sequence and add again in the sequence you need.

The bundles do not have a low stock feature but both line items (Asset stock and Inventory), separately have alerts that can be setup when their stocks are below a certain threshold. This works well in your scenario since the bundle quantity is the lowest common denominator of the items in the bundle.
To setup low stock alerts, go to More -> My Alerts -> Enabled 'Send low stock threshold Alert'. Make sure the line items (from Items -> Asset Stock/Inventory -> item details page -> Edit) have a low stock threshold associated with them.
