Looking for a way to create customer information from a mobile phone using the app. The next step would be to scan the rental item or items and set the rental duration. The third step would be to handle payment with the mobile device (if customer prefers cash the cc number is authorized only in the event of damages or the item doesn't return. Then remotely send the recipe to a printer or email. Honeywell and Handpoint HiPro peripherals both have built in scanners and emv/tradional swipe processing units built in. I believe this would increase customer satisfaction and be an easier transaction process for employees
