Some variation of...
Pending, Confirmed, Completed
or
Reservation, Active Order, Fulfilled

I would like to have a "Pick Up" status button. Just to help keep track of items that need to be picked up before the order is completed.

any update to this? We seem to be missing one key early stage which is "Quote" stage. where we can send a pricing inquiry out for customer review prior to the "booked order" stage.
you have print templates for quotes but no quick button to send an email quote out. only a booked reservation which is to presumptuous at the early stages of quoting an event reservation.
