Have you done an Integration Process between EZRentOut with NAV (Accounting Software) previously?

    Thanks,

  2. Change invoice number format that is sent to Xero

We need the invoice number format that is sent to Xero to be 'EZR-"order number"
The EZR order number and Xero invoice number should be the same.
E.g. EZRent order # 12 should be Xero Invoice No EZR-12

This is not something that is currently possible in the system. It may need to be developed by Xero as well. How critical is this to your workflow? It is not likely we could add this to our current development pipeline.

  3. Go back to the drawing board. it doesn't work.

I was under the understanding it would be a feature on my quickbooks. It really doesn't work. I would not recommend this to anybody. I will go back and do the rentals manually.

EZRentOut is not a ‘QB AddOn’. Its much more, its a complete Equipment Rental Management solution that includes full equipment lifecycle management, customer management and Order management.

For EZR to be of use to you, you need to use it as the main application for handling orders and customers, while QB being used to balance the financials (All Rented out Orders get pushed to QB)

Let me know if this makes sense

  4. Error: Cannot re-add item to bundle w/out closing & re-editing bundle

    Hello,

During the process of creating a bundle, I added an inventory item with a quantity of 5. Then I needed to change the quantity to 7. I deleted the '5 quantity' from the bundle items list, then clicked '+ Bundle Line' - but the stock item I was looking for wouldn't appear.

Apparently deleting an item from the bundle items list doesn't register until you save/close editing the bundle and re-open it for editing.

    Hi Ari
Thank you for the details. At the moment this is intended behavior because of the underlying infrastructure. The bundle needs to be closed and then edited again. That said, I will forward a request to the product team to have a look at this and see if it can be updated.

  5. New Feature Request: Ability to add bundles to other bundles

    Hello,

I'd like the ability to add bundles within pre-existing bundles.

    Hi Ari
We have considered having bundles within bundles but will not go ahead with this feature at this moment in time because of the complexity of the user experience involved.

  6. Create a way to return a partial order.

For example we have two products rented out and one was returned but the other was not. It would be beneficial if the system would allow that one item to be returned while still maintaining the data on the client that has the other item out.

  7. labour for invoice

is there an elegant way to add labour to a booking? we often need to add labour to accompany our rental gear, and we would like to keep the invoicing for quotations all under one hood.

A good way to add labor is to add an Inventory item named ‘Labor’. Add line items to signify a period of time, say one hour and set the price of each line item as the rate you bill for labor per hour.
So Labor items in quantity of 20 would mean 20 hours of work.
This way Labor can be added quickly into any order and can also be used independently of other items.
Let us know if you have further questions.

    regards
