Allow one item to be classified into multiple groups
I have a gorilla statue and I want to classify it under the groups "land animals" and "jungle". It would be awesome to link this same item into two seperate categories. A) This would potentially allow an easier shopping experience, more user friendly. B) Allow the client to add additional items (up sale).

Category Search
I see you can now add a new Customer Category. However I want to Search a new Customer Category string. At this time you the search does not search the category field. Can we add this.

Make it clear what the column that is the MSRP (or price you want to sell the item for) vs the price that you paid on purchase. The lingo for Add stock and remove stock and total stock price is confusing.

Explain in pricing what Online Rental Store means
In your pricing grid, it seems that the client is getting an online rental store, but then you have the bottom 3 that says the online rental store is only for the premium user. So what does entry lever get if not a system to rent products online?
Just looking at that issue makes me want to not read through your offer any further.

Charge for Late Returns
We do not charge for borrowing an item. However we want to charge for late returns. The charge would be accrued daily. Can the system be set up to;
1. Set a daily price for an asset that is not returned. Example. A Laptop - $20/day late fee. Right now I can set a rental price for an asset but I want the rental price to be $0 and a new Late Return Charge field that I can enter the price and then EZRentOUt to the alerts and calculations.
2. Have the automatic alerts for an overdue item that go…1 voteHi
We don’t have late return charges natively implemented in the system. But there are ways to make it work:
1 Add a custom entry for the overall late charges to the items. This can be added even to rented out orders.
2 Set up coupons from More → Rules and Coupons for surcharge. Depending on the level of how late the order is apply a coupon for the surcharge onto the order using the Apply Coupon button inside the order.At the moment, customer receive over due alerts (set them up from More → Alerts → customers) but the alert doesn’t mention the charge or how late the order is.

sub/mini items within an Asset item
It'd be great to have an Asset Item like a LENS, that had it's front and back caps as little sub-items within the Asset...the front and back cap would be individually barcoded, but all kept track of within that one Asset.
That'd be a great little feature, and would make inventory less clunky!

Search engine won't find everything?

I just tested this and I got the right results i.e. the customer showed up. Can you please check on more time and confirm? Just go to the search bar at the top, type in their full name “Lana Otoya” (no need for quotes) and press the magnifier icon button to search.regards

Additional default rates.
I would like to be able to add a flat weekend rate to the standard pricing for an order rather than setting up a pricing bracket for this.

UK Localization
I'm using the trial version at the moment and my gut feeling is that this is an excellent package. As a UK business, we would find it more convenient to have UK localization features - eg date format in dd/mm/yyyy etc and use of £ on dashboard (I know I can change this for reports etc).

It'd be great to have a better way to organize items in rentals list
sometimes items in bundles are all over the place on the list. Can you add a feature where bundles are organized automatically on a rental list? Or the first items/bundles added will always be on top of the list?

Ability to change asset numbers
The AIN is brilliant, however I think it would also be beneficial to be able to edit and assign asset numbers.
When a new asset is added it is given the next available number, however I would like to have similar stock grouped together.
I.e. a car rental may like asset numbers 1-99 to be for Toyotas. 100-199 for Kia and 200-299 for Subaru. OR 1-99 for small cars, 100-199 for sedans etc. Rather than just having everything in the order it was entered into the system.
If you can already edit these, please let me know.

Automated calculation of asset replacement cost.
We need the 'replacement cost/value' of the assets rented out per order, listed on the rental agreement. If ezrentout could automate this process, it would be very helpful. In other words, take the values from the assets and add them up to display a 'Total Replacement Cost' line on the rental agreement. Would be helpful during the quoting printout phase as well, as this is the last document our clients have on hand, when opting to buy insurance for their rental.
