Hi
We don’t have late return charges natively implemented in the system. But there are ways to make it work:
1 Add a custom entry for the overall late charges to the items. This can be added even to rented out orders.
2 Set up coupons from More → Rules and Coupons for surcharge. Depending on the level of how late the order is apply a coupon for the surcharge onto the order using the Apply Coupon button inside the order.At the moment, customer receive over due alerts (set them up from More → Alerts → customers) but the alert doesn’t mention the charge or how late the order is.
