create a way to view in a customer's contact how many devices they have rented out.
Right now, you can view how many orders a customer has completed and has in progress, but no way to view how many individual things they have in their possession. That would be very helpful!

Also, 50 maximum entries is very limited with new E-commerce laws requiring to charge each order to it's home county's tax rate.Lack of this feature makes for a very tedious process when entering multiple tax areas.

Same Item Lease or Sell
We would like to be able to either sell or lease any item that we have available. Is there not a way that we could just maintain this item once, with the prices for both options available?
It seems to be a fairly odd way to manage this to need to create the same item two times.2 votesHI

Cart bug on EZRentOut Website
On the current EZRentOut website for the premium package we noticed a small bug. If a lead puts together a rental in their cart before they have an account, when they create an account, the contents of the cart is lost. It would be great if that information could be carried over so they do not have to reselect the items.

add accessories to the equipment
For every equipment there are certain related accessories without which the equipment can never be used. Creating a sub column that lists out all the accessories (especially for camera equipment) will prove to be beneficial.

1 voteThe current method would be to add it as an ad-hoc item.
If you haven’t already turned on, you can turn on the ability to turn on adding manual items from Settings → Add ons → Order line items for sub renting.
This can keep it as part of an order as well as retire it after the order is created.
That said we have forwarded a request to product management on having functionality added for this.regards

Mobile Scanning and EMV Credit Card integration
Looking for a way to create customer information from a mobile phone using the app. The next step would be to scan the rental item or items and set the rental duration. The third step would be to handle payment with the mobile device (if customer prefers cash the cc number is authorized only in the event of damages or the item doesn't return. Then remotely send the recipe to a printer or email. Honeywell and Handpoint HiPro peripherals both have built in scanners and emv/tradional swipe processing units built in. move fields in orders
We often need to move an item on our order, so that things group better, for example, all audio gear together, then all computer gear together. If we need to add something down the road, it adds it to the end of the order.

Page search
It would make it a lot easier if you had Page flip function at the top of the window as well, where you could go to first or last page, or a specific page number without having to scroll through page by page.
Once you get a decent amount of inventory, navigation is cumbersome.
I really hope this will be improved in future.

Thanks for your suggestion.
We do have the page navigation option already available. If you go to Items → Assets → notice on the right of the filter options, you can navigate the pages.
That said, there is no direct option to jump pages.
Further to that, you can also increase the records per page by going to Settings → My settings → records per page

Able to add aditional items to booked order
Hi, I would like to be able to add and delete items from a booked order and also a rented out order.

To add items to a ‘Booked’ order, you need to click on ‘Cancel Booking’ which puts the order into draft state again without any other changes. You can then add the items and again book the order.regards

Allow Images to be dragged and dropped instead of having to "Upload a File"
Frustrating to have to download and re-upload instead of just being dragged and dropped into the item photo placeholder.
Other programs we're looking at offer this option, we like yours, but are curious if this is something that will be coming in the near future. Cuts time in half for us.

Create an drop down menu for building a kit using assets (more than 1 qty) as well as asset stock & tracking both
I want to rent out kits. The bundle option is not viable for us as we have hundreds of kits. Kits are made of individual components and these have to be tracked individually . I cant place them under assets (as they are more than 1) neither can I olace them under asset stock (wherein items cant be tracked). So my suggestion would be create a drop down menu while creating an asset showing assets(more than 1 qty) grouped together to form a kit . The kit should be then displayed on webstore as also the components that build up…

Karczag: 'Items in Bundle' list jumps numbers
Hello,
In my Bundle, "Kit: ProHD Wireless", looking at the line items listed - the list jumps from 8. to 10. - and shows 34 line items, when in fact there are only 33.
Please correct this if possible.
