  1. Button in app could say Scan Invoice instea of Scan Order

    I was trying to learn how to use the android app to bring up an order by scanning. The button said "scan order" but I was a little confused because I couldn't print the order to get a QR code for it. Then I realized I need to print the invoice and that's what I need to scan. So maybe "Scan Invoice" would be more helpful.

  2. Create different order statuses

    Some variation of...

    Pending, Confirmed, Completed

    or

    Reservation, Active Order, Fulfilled

  3. Make general requests based on amount of asset, not specific items, for forecasting

    We have thousands of serialized assets and it would be great if requests could be made based on amount rather than individual items.

    E.g. A sales rep wants 5 Ticket Printers for a client by December 10th. It would be nice if they could just ask for 5 printers, rather than selecting specific items. Then my fulfillment team would assign which serialized items they get once they fulfill and ship the request (e.g. We shipped Ticket Printer #2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.)

    This would allow us to see how many Ticket Printers are being requested in December, without promising which…

  4. Have the bundle name on the order/invoice

    And then be able to choose if you want to show the list of assets that are in the bundle bellow the bundle name or if you want to hide them.

  5. Company name, reference/contact person & VAT nr. for customers

    1. A fixed field for company name. It should be the name found when scrolling among customers. If left blank, the person name is what is visible (i.e. a private person, not a company).
    2. Possibility to add more than one referance/contact person for a single customer. E.g. "The Sound company" might have several project managers and purchasers who all rent/buy from my company.
    3. A fixed field for the customers VAT number.

  6. Make an option to sort costumers by Company name

    We sort our orders by clients(company name), contact person, the contacts working title and then project name.

    And since we work a lot with the same companies but not always the same contact(because they are freelance) from that company and never the same 'project' it would be good to have an option when you make a new order to choose the company and then be able to put in a new contact, title and project name each time.

    But still save the contact in a database so when you work with the same contact again you can look them up…

  7. Ability to upload photos, edit, and add new items via iOS app

    This would greatly increase the speed for me to input items into our inventory or update our existing items.
