Could you make it easier to add customers?
I had an issue today when adding a customer and their credit card info when the email address came up wrong.
It erased all of the data and I had to ask the customer for all of his info and his credit card back.
This was annoying to me and more importantly the customer.
Any suggestions or can you fix this preference?

A report based on location of assets and proximity to orders
This would help tremendously with delivery and pickup route creation for the day. The report could show you which assets to apply to orders for the day to minimize the distance needed to move each asset.

Is there a way to "Overbook"
We are an event rental company and we would like to be able to "overbook" certain items. We would love for each item to have the ability to click whether we would accept overbookings or not.

It seems that all customers default to the country of USA. We really would need to be able to set that to a different country (or if this can not be done, remove the default country completely.)

Pickup and return dates independent of Rental Duration
If I am correct, I believe that the rental charge is based off the period of when they pick it up to when they return the gear.
At our company we work off calendar days, midnight to midnight, but we allow clients to pick up the equipment the day before, and return it the morning after.
Is there any way to charge the client for only the calendar day, but allow us to enter the expected pickup and return date, automatically set to presets we define (1 day before 15:00, 1 day after 10:00 hours etc.

Return Process.
Hi!
Your software is really great and handles a lot of the things I need to take care of but the return process is not great.I would love to return an order partially without splitting it into two orders. For example, lets say I work at a University. The students took out a bunch of camera equipment. They return everything but realized they forgot one cable at home. I will return all the items but leave the the cable uncheck and add a note at the end. Once that cable is returned, I can close the order.

Unidentifiable Error: "AIN" are not available?
Hello,
When I'm attempting to rent out an order, I receive the following error: Cannot Rent out because stock quantities of "AIN" are not available?
I understand that I may be trying to rent an item that is low-quantity or that the item amount may go into negative inventory -- but why does the error say "AIN"? This doesn't tell me which item or line-item is below the needed stock quota. What does AIN stand for?

New Feature Request: Bundle view - flag unavailable stock items
Hello,
When I'm looking at a bundle I've created, if a line item is out of stock or within my low-stock threshold, can an alert icon appear to notify me that the stock is low or depleted? Similar to the 'out of stock' icon that appears once a bundle has been added to an order?
This would allow me to see what bundle items are low on stock - or out of stock within the Bundle view, rather than have to add the bundle to an order to see what inventory items are depleted from stock.

Question: Location of 'Payment Notes' Field
Hello,
When I go to the 'Orders' page, I can select and modify which columns I want to see. Currently, I have chosen 'Order #', 'Customer', 'Invoice Heading', 'Payment Notes', 'Rent Out Date', & 'Status'.
When I open a specific order, where is the field to enter 'Payment Notes'?

New Feature Request: Ability to copy/clone existing bundles w/new name
Hello,
If I have 2 bundles that are very similar, I would like the ability to build one bundle set, then copy that bundle (and all the items listed in it) to a new bundle w/a different name, then make additions/subtractions to the items in the new bundle.

New Feature Request: Allow low-stock warning for bundles

After a bundle is created, I'd like to set a low-stock auto-notification so that if the total count of available bundles drops below a certain number it will auto-notify me which components of the bundle are missing.

Admin dashboard shows all orders not just orders owned by account user
As the admin I should be able to see all orders in the calendar and on the dashboard view. Right now, It only shows my orders, not my sales teams orders. I have to go into orders to see each order. As the admin, I want to see everyones activities and a total amount of all business from all team members.

Add Services in orders
We are AV Rental Company and would like to add to our orders crew services like sound engineer or lighting designer ... is there a way to do it

We are already in the process of adding ad-hoc items used for services provided to customers.
We will let you know as soon as they are live.
For now, you can go to Settings → Add Ons → Order Line items for Subrenting → Enabled.
This will let you add items (services, assets, inventory, delivery costs, etc.) directly into the order.regards

"banned" renters needs to be a more useful flag
In Categories make the " banned" category in red as well as have a pop up that will not allow other employees to rent out to banned customers. As it stands now, banned means and does nothing and is limited in its usefulness as a flag.

We need to be able to add to a current order
The button that says add to an order does not allow that to be done it only allows you to add to the item that is selected.
