  3. Add custom line to order

    We would like to add breaks to our order. for example a divider for gear like audio...list assets, and then add a divider for computers. We would like these to be added on demand. so the example might change.

  4. move fields in orders

    We often need to move an item on our order, so that things group better, for example, all audio gear together, then all computer gear together. If we need to add something down the road, it adds it to the end of the order.

  5. Page search

    It would make it a lot easier if you had Page flip function at the top of the window as well, where you could go to first or last page, or a specific page number without having to scroll through page by page.

    Once you get a decent amount of inventory, navigation is cumbersome.

    I really hope this will be improved in future.

    Thanks for your suggestion.
    We do have the page navigation option already available. If you go to Items → Assets → notice on the right of the filter options, you can navigate the pages.
    That said, there is no direct option to jump pages.
    Further to that, you can also increase the records per page by going to Settings → My settings → records per page

  6. add accessories to the equipment

    For every equipment there are certain related accessories without which the equipment can never be used. Creating a sub column that lists out all the accessories (especially for camera equipment) will prove to be beneficial.

  7. Allow Images to be dragged and dropped instead of having to "Upload a File"

    Frustrating to have to download and re-upload instead of just being dragged and dropped into the item photo placeholder.

    Other programs we're looking at offer this option, we like yours, but are curious if this is something that will be coming in the near future. Cuts time in half for us.

  8. Be able to scan in items to return them

    It's extremely complicated to go through and look for each bar code when returning a order. You should be able to scan the items to return the order. Then you know if you are missing things.

    Items can be verified scanned from the mobile app by going into the order details (pulling up the correct order) and then clicking on verify order items to make sure all items are returned.
    However stay tunes for another couple of weeks to see an updated mobile app to help make this process easier.

    To add items to a ‘Booked’ order, you need to click on ‘Cancel Booking’ which puts the order into draft state again without any other changes. You can then add the items and again book the order.

    You can cancel drafted orders if you have administrator rights. To cancel an order which is rented out, return the order and ‘Void’ it. If you are a customer, you can get in touch with rodrigofv@unisabana.edu.co.

  12. Mobile Scanning and EMV Credit Card integration

    Looking for a way to create customer information from a mobile phone using the app. The next step would be to scan the rental item or items and set the rental duration. The third step would be to handle payment with the mobile device (if customer prefers cash the cc number is authorized only in the event of damages or the item doesn't return. Then remotely send the recipe to a printer or email. Honeywell and Handpoint HiPro peripherals both have built in scanners and emv/tradional swipe processing units built in.     In my Bundle, "Kit: ProHD Wireless", looking at the line items listed - the list jumps from 8. to 10. - and shows 34 line items, when in fact there are only 33.

  19. Create an drop down menu for building a kit using assets (more than 1 qty) as well as asset stock & tracking both

    I want to rent out kits. The bundle option is not viable for us as we have hundreds of kits. Kits are made of individual components and these have to be tracked individually . I cant place them under assets (as they are more than 1) neither can I olace them under asset stock (wherein items cant be tracked). So my suggestion would be create a drop down menu while creating an asset showing assets(more than 1 qty) grouped together to form a kit . The kit should be then displayed on webstore as also the components that build up…

  20. deleting a rented out item from an an order if it is the wrong item

    I am having trouble removing an item that was mistakenly rented out, but never actually rented out. It just appears on the invoice, and since we are not going to charge them for that, we want to remove it permanently and mark it as returned. It will not allow me to return anything on the order, even though all of the items are not back and have been repeatedly marked as returned.

    Thank you for your query, In such a case, what you can do is return the order (containing the wrong item) but do a partial return which means return all items except the item that was mistakenly entered. This will complete your original order and create a separate order for the wrong item. The new order can then also be marked as returned (using cash/other) and then voided. Voiding the order will complete wipe off its record.
