New Feature Request: Bundle view - flag unavailable stock items
Hello,
When I'm looking at a bundle I've created, if a line item is out of stock or within my low-stock threshold, can an alert icon appear to notify me that the stock is low or depleted? Similar to the 'out of stock' icon that appears once a bundle has been added to an order?
This would allow me to see what bundle items are low on stock - or out of stock within the Bundle view, rather than have to add the bundle to an order to see what inventory items are depleted from stock.

Streamline Custom Tax Input

When clicking on the add tax button, make the cursor automatically appear in the first input box.
Also, 50 maximum entries is very limited with new E-commerce laws requiring to charge each order to it's home county's tax rate.Lack of this feature makes for a very tedious process when entering multiple tax areas.

Cart bug on EZRentOut Website
On the current EZRentOut website for the premium package we noticed a small bug. If a lead puts together a rental in their cart before they have an account, when they create an account, the contents of the cart is lost. It would be great if that information could be carried over so they do not have to reselect the items.

Unidentifiable Error: "AIN" are not available?
Hello,
When I'm attempting to rent out an order, I receive the following error: Cannot Rent out because stock quantities of "AIN" are not available?
I understand that I may be trying to rent an item that is low-quantity or that the item amount may go into negative inventory -- but why does the error say "AIN"? This doesn't tell me which item or line-item is below the needed stock quota. What does AIN stand for?

Display Customer Status when placing new order
We have many repeat customers and the ability to rate them (good, bad, didn't pay) is a very good one but it's useless if I don't see it filling out new order or quote.
Can you make the Status visible so if guy owes money on old rental, a new one is flagged or at least "bad" status visible?4 votes -
Member clocking in/out
Can you add a feature where members can clock in/out of work? It would be great for smaller companies to be able to keep track of employee timesheets within EzRentOut.

remove fields that are locked on invoices
for example I cant remove the line of discount from coupons. I know I can rename these sections but I would like to just turn them off, and free up the space from the long total Colum lines.

API: Reservation Requests
In the API, the reservation related calls are not included. Are these calls available through the API or yet to develop? (API - Reservation Requests: Create, Retrieve Requests, Update)
4 votesThe ideal way would be retrieving the orders that are booked. However, the JSON response when you GET an order does not include Order Status (Draft, Booking, Rented Out, Completed etc.).
We’re working on including the Order Status in the API response. Will add more details by tomorrow as to when it’s expected to be out.We don’t have the API calls for Reservation Requests for now, The navigation is there by mistake. Will have it removed. Thanks for pointing it out.

Integrating EZ Rent Out with WorkflowMax
E.g.
- When we create a job in WorkflowMax – an order appears in EZ Rent Out
- When we create a purchase order in WorkflowMax – items appear in EZ Rent Out with the status ‘on order’. A bundle also appears in EZ Rent Out with the items and the name is the purchase order number the description is the purchase order description.
- When we receipt a purchase order in WorkflowMax – the item status changes to ‘received’ in EZ Rent Out. The bundle also is added to the order.
- When we create an invoice in WorkflowMax – item is sold…

Retired Asset Stock Not Listed in Low Inventory List
Currently asset stocks that have been retired will still show up in the list of low stock items. Either having retired asset items not show up on the list or have a setting to let admins to choose the option would be great.

Member Profile email address
We need the ability to edit the member profile address for all users and the ability to choose between a personal email address or use the same company email address for each user. Currently the member profile does not allow for the same email address to be used with multiple members.

Able to add aditional items to booked order
Hi, I would like to be able to add and delete items from a booked order and also a rented out order.

To add items to a ‘Booked’ order, you need to click on ‘Cancel Booking’ which puts the order into draft state again without any other changes. You can then add the items and again book the order.regards

how to setting price (based on trip duration)
my team set the price based on trip duration (max 4 days), some times our customer return gears less than 4 days, but we have a policy to still charge our customer with full payment (one trip even they return less than 4 days). based on pricing in your system the only pricing option is to choose price per days not pertrip, could you help us to set our price based on trip duration in other that we can manage systematicly our pricing policy?thank you

Change order of personal information for the customer.
when the customer is asked to fill in personal information - ask for the 3 basic inputs firs:
1.Name
2.phone
3.email
if a shop requires the customers address etc. they can continue to fill-in that information. We have a high volume shop that only needs the basic info to start a reservation. This would speed up the rental process greatly. currently the customer has to scroll to the bottom of the page to finish the email portion which is required to proceed. "banned" renters needs to be a more useful flag
In Categories make the " banned" category in red as well as have a pop up that will not allow other employees to rent out to banned customers. As it stands now, banned means and does nothing and is limited in its usefulness as a flag.
