Items shared between bundles
I noticed if you share a couple items between bundles, when you go to add the bundles to an order, the system with catch that the existing shared items are already in the basket, but will not add the remaining items in the bundle that are not in the basket. They need to make it so it will add the remaining items so it will catch ALL the bundled items even if shared between bundles...

Ability to upload photos, edit, and add new items via iOS app
This would greatly increase the speed for me to input items into our inventory or update our existing items.

Make an option to sort costumers by Company name
We sort our orders by clients(company name), contact person, the contacts working title and then project name.
And since we work a lot with the same companies but not always the same contact(because they are freelance) from that company and never the same 'project' it would be good to have an option when you make a new order to choose the company and then be able to put in a new contact, title and project name each time.
But still save the contact in a database so when you work with the same contact again you can look them up…

swap item or edit bundles
We often just need to swap out an item in a bundle, and or replace an item in a bundle. It would be helpful to do so without having to recreate the bundle from scratch each time.

Same Item Lease or Sell
We would like to be able to either sell or lease any item that we have available. Is there not a way that we could just maintain this item once, with the prices for both options available?
It seems to be a fairly odd way to manage this to need to create the same item two times.2 votesHI

View by categories
Dear Sir,
Can we have another sequence for View by categories in the left side of the site? as i want to let the OnSet to become the last item in the list.... how can I do that as i see the sequence is alphabetical.

2 voteshanks for the suggestion. Right now, the View by Categories list is ordered alphabetically and there’s no option to have a custom arrangement of the Categories. Let me share this with our Product Management team and let them provide feedback on this request.

Additional default rates.
I would like to be able to add a flat weekend rate to the standard pricing for an order rather than setting up a pricing bracket for this.

Full functionality for the mobile app
I would like to see a similar interface that you can use for the online version of the software that i would be able to use in the mobile app. Rather than have a desktop stationed in the warehouse it would be nice to just go round with an ipad

Return Verification Scan for Bundle Items
Items in bundles currently do not scan upon return.
It would be ideal if items in bundles can be scanned and the bundle showing as scanned upon all items in the bundle being verified. Partial returns on bundle would be great to have included as well (customer forgets an accessory that is included).
Would be nice to also have the option of choosing a return verification by scanning the bundle which would in turn verify all items in the bundle (but this option being something that would be activated via admin settings).

allow booking dates to be changed w/o needing to cancel booking and re-book
we need to book an asset for a "tentative" range of dates...then modify the booked dates without needing to cancel and re-book it. We must adjust the "start" date once the asset arrives at the customer site...as it is now, we must cancel the booking, change the date and adjust the time period, then re-book the asset before marking it as "rented out".

We need to be able to add to a current order
The button that says add to an order does not allow that to be done it only allows you to add to the item that is selected.

The website should allow us to have more items per page on display, especially now that most people have fast internet connections there is no reason not to do this.

Allow separate orders to be combined into a single invoice
This will allow multiple orders to the same customer to be displayed on a single invoice.

Add ad-hoc sales items to "sales items total price" on invoice
Would like to see ad-hoc sales items (items added using the "+ new row" button in a draft order) be included in the "Sales Items Total Price" calculation on invoices. Ditto for ad-hoc rentals.

Automated Service Actions
Upon off renting equipment automate a service/dispatch pick up service order from the off renting screen. We pick up alot of equipment. Currently I have to go back to the equipment screen and enter a service request. Additional steps.
